Marketing & Administrative Services

Following the GtM Workshop, the next phase of our PlayBook product – Marketing and Administrative Services – is implemented. By incorporating your newly developed value proposition, our Marketing department prepares a plan summary of the new strategy and develops marketing collateral that creates consistent messaging with proven brand building techniques. Additional pre-launch materials, including a broker manual, training brochure, presentation models, and POS are developed at this time. These numerous pre-launch activities are coordinated using our 30 item pre-launch checklist. Once complete, we move to the GameDay phase of our product offering, presenting to our valued broker partners an opportunity from a manufacturer totally and professionally ready to do business.
